IN-SPACES is a award winning on-line marketplace for customers looking for exciting and innovative homeware, art, fashion and gifts. Using a wealth of experience in design and the arts we have carefully put together a collection of products from emerging and developing British designers to provide you with great gift inspiration and fashion both for yourself and the home.

What are your opening hours?

Our Customer Care Line is open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Opening times over the weekend may vary, please contact us for more information. Our online marketplace is open 24 hours a day. If you need to contact us out of office hours please feel free to email info@in-spaces.com with any queries and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

My Account

I need to change my account details.

No problem, please email abigail@in-spaces.com to inform us of your required changes, please be sure to include your account number in the emails so we can make the changes quickly.

I've forgotten my account password, how do I retrieve it?

Not to worry, just go to the 'sign in' section on the website and click 'forgot my password'. Enter your email address and we will send you a quick email, simply follow the link on the email and enter your new password. It couldn't be easier.

My Order

I need to cancel my order.

We are sorry to hear that, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can refund your account and stop the order before we dispatch the item. Unfortunately if the item has already been dispatched the order cannot be canceled we then have to treat it as a refund. I need to change my order.

Placing An Order

How do I place an order online?

Simply add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and when you have finished shopping click on your 'Cart' to view your subtotal. When you are happy, proceed to the checkout to review your shipping and payment preferences, and to create an account to save your details and make the process easier next time. You can pay via PayPal, credit or debit card. We will send you a confirmation of your order via email, and another when your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I exchange an item?

If for any reason you would like to exchange your item then please contact us at abigail@in-spaces.com stating your reason for exchange and your chosen replacement. You should then return your item directly to the designer.

How do I return an item?

If for any reason your item is unsuitable then you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact the designer directly to arrange the return of your order. The designers contact details will be on your invoice. The designer will resolve the issue and quickly and efficiently as possible. The return postage fees will be covered by yourself.

I am unhappy with my order, what are my options?

We are really sorry to hear that. You can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Or you can exchange your item for anything else on the In-Spaces website. Please contact our customer service team on info@in-spaces.com for advice on how to proceed.

Delivery

What postal service do you use?

Each of our designers use their own couriers to ship throughout the UK. We offer a large variety of postal services to ensure your order gets to you at a convenient time for yourself. The postage options will be displayed at the checkout. To find out more about postage for each item please contact the designers directly using the 'contact me' option.

Where do you deliver your products?

Currently we offer world-wide shipping however not all of our designers post their entire collections overseas. The postage options will be displayed at the checkout. To find out more about postage for each item please contact the designers directly using the 'contact me' option.

When can I expect my purchases to arrive?

Delivery times vary for each product. For UK orders we aim to have your items with you within 5 - 7 working days, however its often much faster. Some of our products are bespoke or made to order therefore delivery can take longer this information will be included in the product description. If for any reason there is a delay with your item we will be sure to keep you notified. International delivery can take up to two weeks. I have ordered more than one item and want them sending to different places.

This is no problem, please leave a not at the checkout stage when placing your order or alternatively get in touch with us via email at abigail@in-spaces.com as soon as you have placed your order to let us know each delivery address and we will dispatch them as soon as possible.

I still have not received my item.

We are sorry for the delay, please contact a member of our customer service team on info@in-spaces.com quoting your order reference number and we will track your parcel for you.

Gift Cards

When does my gift card expire?

If you have spent money on your gift card but not the full amount it needs spending within 12 months of the first purchase. However if the gift card has not yet been used then it does not expire you can take as long as you like to find your wonderful gift.

What can I buy with my gift card?

Any of the items on In-Spaces.com can be purchased with your gift card.

How do I replace a lost, stolen or damaged Gift Card?

Unfortunately we are only able to replace lost, stolen or damaged gift cards that we recognise. For us to do this we ask you too provide the 10-digit number found on the back of the card. We recommend you make a quick record of this information on the arrival of your gift card.
