Delivery and Returns
You will be able to see the delivery options for all individual products at the checkout. Each order is dispatched directly from the designer or artist that has created the product. Our designers have the right to select their own delivery time and shipping options, as a customer you will be made aware of these when placing an order. Postage prices are worked out according to the product's size and weight, as well as the shipping address. If you have any questions about postage please contact the designer directly.
International delivery is available on many products, this can be seen clearly at the check out. It is at the designer's discretion whether they ship products overseas. If you have any questions about international delivery please contact the designer directly.
Unless stated otherwise you will have 14 days to notify the seller if you want to return or exchange the item. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you receive your order.
If your order arrives faulty or unsatisfactory do not dispose of the item until you have spoken to the designer and agreed the next steps. Destroying or throwing away any product prematurely, even if it's faulty may affect any refund you may be entitled to.
If the item is unsuitable, after you have spoken to the designer please package the item up and send it back to the seller within 14 days of letting them know that you want to cancel your order and return the product. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product unless you receive the item faulty.
What cannot be returned?
Some items are non-refundable, this will be noted in product descriptions and does not affect your statutory rights:
Anything item that is made to your specific requirements. i.e. any engraving or personalisation. Or an item that due to a bespoke element can not be resold. Commissioned pieces which are created especially for you when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
How do I exchange an item?
If for any reason you would like to exchange your item then please contact us at email@example.com stating your reason for exchange and your chosen replacement. You should then return your item directly to the designer (details on your invoice).
How do I return an item?
If for any reason your item is unsuitable then you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact the designer directly to arrange the return of your order. The designers contact details will be on your invoice. The designer will resolve the issue and quickly and efficiently as possible. The return postage fees will be covered by yourself.
I am unhappy with my order, what are my options?
We are really sorry to hear that. You can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Or you can exchange your item for anything else on the In-Spaces website. Please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org for advice on how to proceed.
What postal service do you use?
Each of our designers use their own couriers to ship throughout the UK. We offer a large variety of postal services to ensure your order gets to you at a convenient time for yourself. Where do you deliver your products?

When can I expect my purchases to arrive?
Delivery times vary for each product. For UK orders we aim to have your items with you within 5 - 7 working days, however its often much faster. Some of our products are bespoke or made to order therefore delivery can take longer this information will be included in the product description. If for any reason there is a delay with your item we will be sure to keep you notified. International delivery can take up to two weeks. I have ordered more than one item and want them sending to different places.
This is no problem, please leave a not at the checkout stage when placing your order or alternatively get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you have placed your order to let us know each delivery address and we will dispatch them as soon as possible.
I still have not received my item.
